Fragility Rating



I’ve come up with a scale of fragilness to help you care
for your ceramic and keep it intact for thousands of years.

  • Very sturdy
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Very unlikely to break if knocked over
  • Can be used in an active setting such as a dinner table etc

  • Fairly sturdy
  • Hand-wash
  • Unlikely to break if knocked over 
  • Can be used in an active setting with care

  • Quite fragile
  • Hand-wash
  • Could possibly break if knocked over
  • Should be kept in an area with little activity, such as a sideboard

  • Very fragile
  • Hand-wash
  • Likely to break if knocked over 
  • Should be kept in a special place with very little activity, such as a shelf
